The Evaluation and Awards group meets monthly on the third Tuesday of the
month at Leu Gardens from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.
Directions
This group is the judging arm of
the society. Membership in this group is by invitation and is limited
although the group is looking for new members. CFOS members interested in
joining this group must fill out an application to be considered for
membership.
The members learn to evaluate and "point-score" orchids. Scoring orchids
involves learning how to measure the orchid flowers, writing descriptions,
and comparing orchids. |
